These terms apply when you use familyownedroofers.com. The site is here to explain FORA and help roofing companies decide whether membership is a fit. Membership itself is covered by a separate written agreement.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about FORA, submit an inquiry, and complete the Contractor Diagnostic Scorecard. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information about yourself or your company
• Try to access parts of the site or its systems you aren't authorized to use
• Interfere with the site's operation or use automated tools to scrape it
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Website content and member services

Content on this public website, including scorecard results and descriptions of pricing, rebates, systems, and training, is general information about FORA. It is not tailored to your company until you become a member.

FORA members receive professional business consulting, training, and guidance as described in their membership agreement, which sets out the scope and terms of those services. FORA's consulting covers roofing business operations and does not include legal, tax, or accounting advice; for those matters, consult a licensed attorney or accountant. Results described on this site are not guaranteed and will vary by company and market.

Membership

Submitting an inquiry or completing the scorecard does not make you a member or guarantee membership. FORA membership is selective and subject to our review and approval. If you join, your membership is governed by a separate written membership agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

FORA name, badge, and content

The FORA name, seal, badge, wordmark, and the written materials and designs on this site belong to Family Owned Roofers of America. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

The FORA certification badge may be displayed only by approved members in good standing, under the terms of their membership agreement.

Links to other websites

This site may link to websites run by others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability
